Historia
Money - investing, personal finance, and business decisions - is typically taught as a math-based field, where data and formulas tell us exactly what to do. But in the real world people don’t make financial decisions on a spreadsheet. They make them at the dinner table, or in a meeting room, where personal history, your own unique view of the world, ego, pride, marketing, and odd incentives are scrambled together. In The Psychology of Money, award-winning author Morgan Housel shares 19 short stories exploring the strange ways people think about money.

Waste of time - Hyped up to stupidity

Rubbish information that you already know. Nothing insightful other than the regurgitation of already-available information.

Rehashed stuff from other places. Good in parts but definitely not a 5 star book.

What a great episode!!
Revisado: 11-27-17
It's easy to judge infidelity as immoral and / or a lack of self control. While infidelity could happen to the best of us, it's important to understand why it happened and what the source of the issue may be, especially when the transgressor is guilty and wants to continue the relationship.
While nothing can excuse the infidelity, primarily because it's an extreme form of lies, there is a sense of redemption that you can expect from this episode. Not for him, but for her.

Historia
In Why Not Me?, Kaling shares insightful, deeply personal stories about falling in love at work, seeking new friendships in lonely places, attempting to be the first person in history to lose weight without any behavior modification whatsoever, and believing that you have a place in Hollywood when you’re constantly reminded that no one looks like you.

Very poorly thought out
Revisado: 03-18-16
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Mindy talks about her life, and for me, she isn't funny. This book is not worth the time spent.
What was most disappointing about Mindy Kaling’s story?
The story. It's boring and unimaginative.
What aspect of the narrators’s performance would you have changed?
She tries to be funny in many situations with sarcasm, or ironical situations. Personally, I don't find this element of her funny. That said, I have never watched an episode of "The Mindy Project" and it may be that her fans may find this additional insight useful from her.
What else would you have wanted to know about Mindy Kaling’s life?
I would have liked it if she dived more into her struggles as an aspiring actor.

Historia
From 1999 to 2009, U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle recorded the most career sniper kills in United States military history. The Pentagon has officially confirmed more than 150 of Kyles kills (the previous American record was 109), but it has declined to verify the astonishing total number for this book. Iraqi insurgents feared Kyle so much they named him al-Shaitan ("the devil") and placed a bounty on his head.

The life story of the best sniper of the US army
Revisado: 12-25-15
What did you love best about American Sniper?
The book gave me an insider's view into war as it happened, the "need" for Chris Kyle to be a part of every war and in the action even though it meant that his life would be on the line, and the lonely nature of a sniper's job where even the smallest curious action by a by-passer can mean life or death for fellow soldiers
What other book might you compare American Sniper to and why?
The events of war are similar to that of the movie: "The Hurt Locker"
Which scene was your favorite?
The time when Chris is on a call with his fiance/wife and an explosion causes them to stop speaking because the phone line gets cut while there's incoming fire. I understood the reality of how quickly a soldier's family's life can change.
