Junior, thank you for sharing your story with us. I listened to both parts of the Unknown Mongol and it was great! I have to admit, I knew I was naive to some things in life but I didn’t realize how naive. You not only provided me with a great story that sent me through so many emotions, but you educated me on many things in a world I knew nothing about. Congratulations on putting golf sized pencil to yellow legal paper and doing what so many others have not been able to do successfully, tell your story. I hope you, your parents, your brothers, and Lisa and Trucker are all doing well!

Another Shadow down!

I can’t lie, I didn’t want to like this book. I wasn’t a fan of Steel first off and secondly I’m not into tough woman. I usually prefer a softer heroine in my books. But OMG did I LOVE these two so much more than I expected. I should know by now to never think any different when it comes to Jeannes characters. She brings them to life from the first page and my heart is always completely wrapped up in them until the last. We always knew Steel was a jerk and he totally was in this book too but you really get to know who he truly is. He’s strong, determined, and loyal. I ended up absolutely loving him. Then there’s Kat who is a complete bad a** and such an inspiration. She’s so strong and independent and the kind of woman we need to teach younger generations of girls to be. The two of them couldn’t be more perfect for each other! This book was addicting from the start and I couldn’t recommend it more!


I loved the narration as always too! Aaron’s voice is delicious and Ava is hands down my favorite female narrator. I’m always recommending her to people!

Jeanne knocks it out of the park again with this one! I shouldn’t even be surprised anymore. She makes me fall in love with her characters every time. Walker and Ellie are no different. The two of them are pure fire together and have been waiting way too long for their HEA. I knew I liked Walker from the very beginning, I was instantly drawn to him and wanted him to have the chance at having the love you knew his broken heart deserved. Ellie is pure sunshine and has suffered due to one bad choice she made when she was barely even an adult. My heart aches at the life she knew she threw away before she realized what she really did. These two deserved the world together. They both suffered and their story makes your heart hurt for all the time they lost together. Fate is a funny thing though. Always there when you really need it, but least expect it. 5 amazing stars.

Jeanne did it again!

I know these are always HEA but the In The Shadows Security guys are so hard headed and so dead set against falling in love it makes my heart race in anticipation until the very end! Hunter and Frankie are both strong and bold people and the fire burns hot between them. They both struggle with letting someone in but quickly realize that each other is exactly what they need. Frankie is a spot fire for sure and Hunter is absolutely the kind of man she and Leo need. Another great book! Ava has definitely become my favorite female narrator and love that she narrates all of Jeanne's books.

Holy whistle pig!

Jeanne really had my heart in my throat a few times in this one! I was really cheering for Kelsey to be the woman you know was there deep down. The person she was really meant to be and Ryder, whether she knew at the time or not, was exactly what she needed to bring that woman to the surface. The relationship between those two had me on the edge of my seat at times. The way Kelsey pushes and challenges Ryder at so many points and Ryder not taking her crap no matter how often she complained. He is such a good man and has his own demons to deal with but Kelsey really brought out his heart even when he tried so hard to keep it locked down tight. The two of them had so many obstacles to work through but finally realized they were stronger together in the end. I’m so happy we finally got to hear Kelseys story, it was a long time coming and I can’t wait to hear where her life takes her from here, with Ryder. They both deserve good things.

Such a great story!

I absolutely love the world Jeanne has created with the DAMC and In the Shadows. I instantly became obsessed with Mercy when he was first introduced in the series and I could not wait for his story. I had his story so hyped up in my mind that I actually was nervous that it might not meet my expectations. I was wrong. Jeanne is amazing at what she does and Mercy and Rissas story was fantastic. My poor stomach was in knots the whole time because I just wanted Mercy to realize that he did indeed deserve to be loved. The whole story was amazing but the last 1.5 hour is what really wrenched my heart. Rissa tried so hard to love Mercy but he refused to believe that he deserved it. He felt too damaged and it was so sad. I’m so glad in the end he realized that they were meant to be and she was the perfect person to fill his inner voids. Once again Ava did such a great job narrating along with Aiden. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. I absolutely love love loved these two.

That accent though!!

I could not wait for Cooper and Shells story to come out and when it did it absolutely did not disappoint! However, when the audible came out, I could not buy it fast enough! Unfortunately with life I just now got around to finishing it but Coopers accent is absolutely drool worthy! The two people who voice Shell and Copper did a great job and I already want to start listening again!

Great beginning to Ice and Emma’s story!

First note, this book does end on a cliff hanger. Unlike some people, I don’t mind books with cliffhangers. I actually enjoy the anticipation of waiting for more. Amy did a great job with this book. Ice is completely alpha male and I absolutely love the fact that he and Emma grew up their whole lives together. They have both been through a lot both together and separately and had a lot to work through before they could be together. The story line was great and definitely had a few twists I never expected which definitely kept me intrigued! I enjoyed most of the characters with the exception of Honey. I just find her to be so rude, especially to Emma. I do however enjoy everyone else and can’t wait to listen to everyone else’s stories. My only complaint with the narration is the female sounded too young to me, at points it was a little hard to picture Emma speaking. Other than that they were both great in this narration of Ice.

So many emotions!

This story had me absolutely hooked from the beginning. When I first read what it was about I knew it had to be good! Amy turned such a tragic point in history into this tragic but beautiful story! This book gave me hope, anxiety and fear all at the same time. I’m not usually okay with one person voicing both men and women but Maria, the narrator, did an outstanding job. Her voice really brought the characters to life. I had a hunch throughout the whole book and I was not disappointed. I could only wish there was more. So happy with this read/listen.

Great first book in the Hellbound Lover series

This was my first time enjoying a book by Crimson Syn. Wolf is a sexy alpha male who any girl would swoon over. He tries to do right by his club by following the rules but when it comes to Scarlett, all bets are off. They have so much heat between them, they can’t stay away from each other. I definitely enjoyed this book I just wish the story had a little more meat to it. The narrator was also great, but with dual POV I wish there was a woman voicing Scarlett. Can’t wait for the next book though!
