As a mental health provider, working in community mental health, I’ve often questioned the approach to counseling children without full parental involvement. This book confirmed the long standing questions that I’ve had concerning working with children diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, and DMDD. This book has truly helped me to realize that it is possible to empower parents to help their children.
