So many times I found myself thinking (sometimes out loud)
“Well I didn’t see that coming!”
Excellent plot …suspenseful and tightly woven! I am looking forward to the next book from this author!
Well done Andrew Bridgeman! More please!

Beautifully written ...excellent narration!
Revisado: 04-06-19
This book started slow but once I was into the story I was completely drawn in. The writer as narrator added depth to the story in my opinion. He wrote it and knew how to read it. I loved the characters and the many layered story. This book goes on my top 100 list right next to the book thief. Such a gifted writer!

Beautiful!
Revisado: 11-21-18
I’d give this more than 5 stars if possible. The story is beautiful and heartbreaking ...an unflinching look at the AIDS epidemic and its impact on people lives while it was happening and in the years afterward. Perfect narrator!

Hated this book !
Revisado: 11-14-18
Most of the characters were completely detestable. The storyline was ridiculous.
I’m sorry I wasted my time.
The ending like the story was unbelievable and contrived. The only saving grace was the narrator. If I could give the book less than 1 star I would.

Historia
When they were growing up, Dana, Harper, and Tawny thought of themselves as “sometimes sisters". They connected only during the summer month they’d all spend at their grandmother’s rustic lakeside resort in north Texas. But secrets started building, and ten years have passed since they’ve all been together - in fact, they’ve rarely spoken, and it broke their grandmother’s heart.

Waste of a credit! Not sure why this book had so many positive reviews. I tried to like it but it is far too syrupy and cliched.

Historia
Meet John Milton. He considers himself an artisan. A craftsman. His trade is murder. Milton is the man the government sends after you when everything else has failed. Ruthless. Brilliant. Anonymous. Lethal. You wouldn't pick him out of a crowd but you wouldn't want to be on his list. But now, after ten years, he's had enough - there's blood on his hands and he wants out. Trouble is, this job is not one you can just walk away from. He goes on the run, seeking atonement for his sins by helping the people he meets along the way.
