This book has lingered with me
Revisado: 08-31-19
I LOVED this book. There was literally such a rich tapestry to the story, and the characters. I find myself super curious about this part of the world now. It has lingered with me and I can’t bring myself to start another book yet because I am still savoring this one. DELICIOUS.
My only small complaint, and it is so minor as to be ridiculous, however I noticed it as an irritant so I will mention it here. The narrator’s American accent was not good. The other accents were fine and her voice and story telling was engaging so don’t let this dissuade you from listening.

The best autobiography I have ever read/heard
Revisado: 02-13-19
I LOVED this book. I laughed, I cried. I was inspired and intrigued. My eyes were opened to things I had not considered about FLOTUS and Michelle Obama specifically. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that she read it, hearing her story with her voice and the subtle nuances of her words. This is a thoughtful and inspirational book. I thank you Michelle Obama for sharing your life with us in this way, for saying “yes” to Barack and for conducting yourself with character, integrity, dignity and respect. Read this book and share it with others. ❤️❤️❤️

Love, love, LOVE this book!
Revisado: 05-28-18
I am going to a book luncheon later this year where Sarah will be speaking, so I decided to listen to the book early in preparation. I LOVED IT. The narrator was fantastic and very easy to listen to - great choice. And more importantly this book resonated with me. I laughed and I cried. I held my breath with anticipation (trying to find times in my day when I could listen to more of it). There is a raw honesty here about one woman’s journey from the medical (cerebral) world to the shamanic (spiritual and soulful) world. Delicious ❤️❤️❤️

LOVED THIS BOOK!!
Revisado: 07-06-15
The last book I read of this ilk was Clearing Your Clutter with Feng Shui. I thought it was life changing. This is even better. I begun to tidy before I had even finished the book and I already feel lighter, happier and more proud of myself. Everything I touch or look at in my house provokes the question "does this spark joy?" Sadly I think there are many things which no longer do (although they once might have). I can't wait to tidying more. I have recommended this book to many people already and will continue to do so. Thank you Marie Kondo!!
