I really liked the both stories told in this book. I love the way she gave us two separate stories in one. The character development was great, It was a slow burn but I didn't mind. The narration was awesome.

This story is a good one. Thank God I read it first before I got the audio. as always Winston was amazing. The female narrator was terrible, she made Erin sound like a overweight teenage boy. That totally ruined it for me. She went way to hard with the New York accent and her Caribbean accent for the mom was down right crazy. To her credit she did a good job with all the other female voices except Capones mother. She needs to tone it down and not be so aggressive with the main characters voice. At times Erin sounded more manly than Capone lol. I just couldn't take it!

This was good! There was great character development and The plot was twisty. I thoroughly enjoyed this. The comedy was A1. I laughed a lot. The spice was on point and the narration wasn't bad either.

Cute love story

This book was good. I felt like it could have been shorter and still been just as good. There were a few scenes I could have done without because it felt like filler. I loved Asher and how he treated Marisa. I enjoyed their back and forth banter. Marisa had a few moments that she want my favorite but in the end I'm ok with her. The narration was great, my only complaint is the females impressions of Asher turned me off. She made him sound like a pre teen. that voice she did for him was not good.

Wow! I really enjoyed this read. the thing that drew me to this book was the beginning of the audiobook. It was so wild that I just had to continue. Shay Davis is a new to me author, but I will definitely be reading more from her. I love the way she writes the MMC Austin Tate. He has made it to my book boyfriend list for sure! The FMC Jade didn't annoy me, I actually loved her wittyness. The story was original for me and very entertaining. The banter in this was top tier, and I laughed out loud a lot. Overall, this was a near perfect read, and I'm glad I stumbled across it!

This book was instalove, and I like the characters. Quaseem intrigued me from the start. The spice was good, and I enjoyed the story. Something that I didn't like was the fact that the FMC was supposed to be a billionaire but still worked so closely for her company with apparently no real help or a personal assistant. That made it seem unrealistic for me. The narration was good.

A mood read

Well this one is heavy on grief! Although it was well written, this is something you have to be in the mood for. It is nothing like Somebodys wife. It has barely any drama and it was a slow burn for sure. I enjoyed the story overall but I expected a bit more from this author.

I loved this audio version. I have already read the book but this audible really brought it to life. I love Declan and El together. The story was believable, relatable, and oh so entertaining.

Held my attention

This was a good one. I listened to the audio and read. King made my day! I loved him from the very beginning, Asha worked my nerves in the beginning but she grew on me. I really enjoyed this read. The spice was great and the story line kept me engaged and entertained.
