Historia
Renowned professor Michael B. McElroy leads a comprehensive examination of energy, including its history, use in the world today, and environmental consequences. Whether discussing the "oil shocks" of the 1970s, the current reliance on imported oil, or the growing buildup of carbon dioxide in the planet's atmosphere, it is clear that energy represents one of the world's most daunting challenges.

The BEST book I've heard on Energy!
Revisado: 04-22-12
This is a very intelligent and informative set of lectures. The material is communicated in a very interesting and fascinating way and the professor has an engaging, conversational manner that is very easy to listen to. Lots of history, facts, numbers and explanations. I could hear no bias or ideology and was given the facts and left to come to my own conclusions. Prof. McElroy covers all types of energy sources, giving their pros and cons. He deals with CO2 build ups, nuclear issues, global energy issues, renewable and non-renewable fuels along with the famous people involved in the history of energy. I loved every minute!
A very good book, very interesting, I couldn't stop listening to it!!

The anchor of The O'Reilly Factor recounts one of the most dramatic stories in American history - how one gunshot changed the country forever. In the spring of 1865, the bloody saga of America's Civil War finally comes to an end after a series of increasingly harrowing battles. President Abraham Lincoln's generous terms for Robert E. Lee's surrender are devised to fulfill Lincoln's dream of healing a divided nation. But one man and his band of murderous accomplices are not appeased....

Where does Killing Lincoln rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This book took me there, it took me to that time and that place to watch the last days of Lincoln and thus America as it was... come to an end. Interesting side stories and follow ups on the many people that played a role in this amazing story. Many interesting and surprising details.
Well done Bill! Now, how about another!!!
What about Bill O'Reilly’s performance did you like?
