Includes unabridged performances of Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue Book I, Book II and Book III, the best-selling of the author's works. Few modern writers have had more influence on popular thinking about God than Neale Donald Walsch. Neale Donald Walsch, together with award-winning actors Ed Asner and Ellen Burstyn, reveals a God who is loving, believable, understanding of our weaknesses, and, most important, easy to talk with.

False Doctrine contradicts the Christian Bible
Revisado: 04-13-24
In the first two hours of the book, “God” was already removing sin and evil from a negative light and taking a neutral perspective calling evil a result of your thoughts that your soul invites as a way to contrast love. “How could you know what love is if you don’t know what fear is”.
Also, God was removing judgment from his perspective and said that you can live however you want saying the way God chooses to communicate with you has a hierarchy of communication starts with experiences, then goes to feelings, then goes to words as the lowest form of communication.
“God” also clearly says that the Bible is not an authoritative source of information. This was enough for me to go ahead and write this review.
Thank you, Jesus, for helping me understand your word as you have revealed it in the Bible of the Old Testament and New Testament, so that I can clearly identify false doctrines and guide me back to the truth of your word.
John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
And all you have to do is believe that when Jesus went to the cross and said “it is finished” it counted for you.
I recommend saving your money from this book and spending it on the audio Bible,

Historia
There may be no tidy solutions or pithy answers to life’s big challenges, but Michelle Obama believes that we can all locate and lean on a set of tools to help us better navigate change and remain steady within flux. In The Light We Carry, she opens a frank and honest dialogue with listeners, considering the questions many of us wrestle with: How do we build enduring and honest relationships? How can we discover strength and community inside our differences? What tools do we use to address feelings of self-doubt or helplessness? What do we do when it all starts to feel like too much?

Political drama

Not inspirational at all. I wasn’t expecting so many political references. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Great for a general overview of anger management
Revisado: 01-01-20
I like the length of the book being less than 6 hours, the examples given the book are very relatable. he does give some examples of how to replace angry behavior with the correct reaction that you would want to say instead. there's also a recording at the end with a 30 minute relaxation meditation session which I found very relaxing and the best part for me.
I was trying to find tools and techniques to help locate the layers beneath my anger and the source of the pain in order to experience, heal, and release that pain, this book will not go into that although the author has experience helping clients doing that in his practice.
overall I think you should download the book and listen to it if you are experiencing anger present in your life, especially if you are just beginning to heal your anger.

packed with information
Revisado: 03-07-19
packed with information, almost too much to easily digest. Found myself rewinding several times. I do love the level of research that went into this book as well as chronological order of events tying the collusion together.
