Historia
In a world that is “woke”, how many Christians are actually awake? This short theologically sound primer is a resource for pastors, ministry leaders, community leaders, and other thinking Christians that explains carefully and clearly what critical race theory and wokeness truly are, what the Bible teaches about race and ethnicity, why wokeness is distinct from Christianity and should be rejected, and how the church can work for unity based in the gospel of grace.

Short sighted and biased
Revisado: 07-28-24
Does not address the real issues of inequity in American society. Misrepresents what "wokeness" really means and why it's important to address racism and find real solutions instead of twisting the Bible to suit your myopic narrative.

Kept me interested
Revisado: 01-03-22
As a former fan of Mr. Spiner who once wrote a biography of him that he actually read for a Yahoo magazine article, I enjoyed this book. It was, for me, a trip down memory lane as well as a fictional suspenseful mystery. It seems he combined several of his stalker type fans into the 2 characters of "Lal" and Loretta and gave us the unsavory details of his craziest pieces of fan mail. If you don't know much about Star Trek the Next Generation, you would probably still like this book, but if you are a fan, I think you will love it. Well done to the cast. Mr. Spiner had me laughing at times. I love what he said at the end. Ty. DM

Historia
Hamilton is crushed by a secret so shameful that it is beyond bearing. His heir is dead; his daughter has gone insane with grief. His dear wife, Eliza, now shudders at his touch. He never intended to send his son to his death. That wasn't in his plans. And his wife may never forgive him. As Hamilton struggles to save his marriage and his family, his political opponent, Aaron Burr, threatens to topple the nation. The nation which Hamilton had risked everything to forge. Burr, impoverished and embittered by a humiliating loss, blames Hamilton, and now threatens to destroy the union.

Well written, dramatic and mostly accurate

This was well researched and kept me interested. Very interesting take on Burr and fascinating theory of him purposely steering Hamilton into a duel. I never considered that before. The portrayal of Hamilton was very much what he was like according to accounts I've read about him written by people who actually knew him. A few lines from the musical here and there. I doubt Mulligan was that involved in the events and doubt he wore such loud mismatched colors but okay, made me laugh.

Historia
From the New York Times best-selling authors of America's First Daughter comes the epic story of Eliza Schuyler Hamilton - a revolutionary woman who, like her new nation, struggled to define herself in the wake of war, betrayal, and tragedy. In this haunting, moving, and beautifully written book, Dray and Kamoie used thousands of letters and original sources to tell Eliza's story as it's never been told before - not just as the wronged wife at the center of a political sex scandal but also as a founding mother who shaped an American legacy in her own right.

Enjoyable
Revisado: 10-18-19
Well researched (mostly - I disagree about some of what was said about Hamilton's life in the West Indies). Some good theories believably presented about Eliza's life with Hamilton and how they reconciled after the affair. Well written.

This is the fascinating and unbelievable true story behind the first two men who fell in love with Gail Chord Schuler (Gail Chana in this book) and how the Jesuit Order has targeted Gail Chord Schuler, Brent Spiner, and Vladimir Putin, forcing them to parade in a charade before the world filled with Jesuit wives and extortioners who will stop at nothing to prevent Brent Spiner and Vladimir Putin from marrying the woman they love: Gail Chord Schuler.

Revisado: 01-20-18
Ah, the ravings of a lunatic mind off her meds. Repetitious and lacking in basic logic. Inaccuracies abound (ex. Howard Hughes,Sr. WAS married to Jr.'s mother, who never married anyone named Chord). Obviously wrong again and again, which is why no one herein slandered would waste time filing a defamation lawsuit. Candid with highly embarrassing facts (poor trailer trash, car repo, yeast infection, paranoid schizophrenic, poverty, etc.). To sum up, this is a treasure trove of hilarity. Enjoy!
