Historia
Hypnosis is simply a system of methods that enable mind and body to share information more effectively. One of its best tools is known as trance, a process of creating an inner experience of focused consciousness that enables your mind and body to accept and share your intentions, beliefs and expectations. In this session, Dr. Steven Gurgevitch gently invites your mind to expect and enjoy the transition into a deep and refreshing state of slumber.

So-so hypnosis script
Revisado: 10-16-19
No matter how many times I listen to it, I only get the slightest level of trance. (And that was when I took a sleeping pill before listening.) No deep sleep as claimed. It might work for you, but it certainly doesn't work for me.

Historia
The story of what happened to Flashman, the caddish bully of Tom Brown's Schooldays, after he was expelled in drunken disgrace from Rugby school in the late 1830s. This is the first of George Macdonald Fraser's hilarious satires starring Harry Paget Flashman.

Well-researched and hilarious.

this is a very funny book, but at the same time, it is so well-researched that you will find yourself actually learning history from it.
