Powerful CS Lewis commentary

Joe Rigney provides an excellent commentary of the works of CS Lewis. I found myself listening to particular chapters over and over to truly grasp all of the material in them. I appreciate his careful walk as Rigney exposes the reader (listener) into a deeper understanding of one the 20th century's greatest theological writers. I feel the book is a must read for anyone that would happen upon Lewis theological works, his personal writings, or to better understand the Narnia or the space trilogy works for the first time or to truly understand the essence or reasoning for Lewis' thematic writing. I found my interest in Lewis growing as I first listened, then purchasing the book to read. A great addition to my personal library.

Heart wrenching

This book by CS Lewis is very raw and very powerful. I found myself in tears while listening to the words. Thinking of my wife. And thankfully I still have her.

Paul and Jesus Counter-apologetics

The author begins providing his resume of his study of the life of Paul for 45 years along with his education and experience. Progressively the book will challenge your faith and ultimately make the claim that Jesus was not raised from the dead simply moved to another grave. This one statement along with others is the same message Satan has preached to the world through many other authors and atheistic arguments. I choose to listen to authors that support my faith and choose not to listen to a false "preacher" spewing this message. I pray for the author and the young impressionable people he is spreading the message against the Bible.
