If you get a book on insulin resistance that’s what you want to understand. The author did a poor job of getting to the point. The reader made it difficult to continue.

Narrator is extremely important

With an audiobook the narrator is the most important aspect of the book. If the listener cannot relate to the narrator then they will not be able to listen to the book that’s the experience I had with this book. The narrator sounded like a robot
