Would you consider the audio edition of Shutter to be better than the print version?

YES! Hearing SHUTTER read out loud enhanced the suspense.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Micheline was my favorite character because she presented a strong female protagonist.

What does Pamela Lorence bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Her different voices for all the characters really made them come alive for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the narration.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book gave me chills for weeks!

I had the chance to hear Courtney Alameda speak at a YA book convention. She was wonderful and I'm looking forward to her next book release!

It was a strong story that had a narrator well-suited to the style of the book.

Hannah, of course, because she is so brave and inspirational.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend this audiobook to a friend. The performance was great and I have many friends I think would enjoy the story. :)

What was one of the most memorable moments of Teen Ghost at Dead Lake?

The most memorable moment was when they solved the mystery and learned the power of friendship and the value of life that's given to every individual on Earth.

Which character – as performed by Pamela Lorence – was your favorite?

Paige was my favorite character because she reminded me of myself when I was that age.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would definitely try to listen to this book in one sitting. If I was reading it in print, I'm sure it would be a real page-turner. I couldn't wait to find out how the mystery unfolded.

I haven't read or listened to another book like it.

Have you listened to any of Pamela Lorence’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I've listened to the first 2 books in the series and enjoyed them very much. She has a great voice for this type of book. She does a great job voicing Nora, the young, female vassiz.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The hammer of fate strikes again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What made the experience of listening to Revelations the most enjoyable?

It was quite enjoyable to listen to it on my commute or doing chores. I love listening to audiobooks for that reason. Revelations is book two in a series. I'm glad the narrator is the same from the first book. It was nice to have the consistency of characters.

What other book might you compare Revelations to and why?

I would compare this novel Twilight because of the prominent male vampire characters.It's a well done YA book that held my interest. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

What does Pamela Lorence bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Pamela Lorence once again brought forth a whole new realm of emotions tied to the characters in Revelations that I wouldn't have picked up on otherwise. Her understanding of the characters is evident in her youthful voice.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I wasn't able to listen to it in one sitting but would have if I had the time.

A great YA listen!

Where does Forsaken rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I listen to a lot of audiobooks and this one was very enjoyable.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character was Hunter. He was a bit mysterious and I can't wait to find out what happens to him in book two. It will be fun to see how Nora's character grows and develops, too.

What does Pamela Lorence bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Pamela Lorence did a fantastic job narrating this book. She really brought the characters to life for me. Her portrayal of the characters really made it feel like I was living in the story.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This was not a book I would have wanted to listen to in one sitting. I liked to be able to savor it a little each day.

I see that there are more books in the series. I'm looking forward to listening to them all!
