I loved everything about these two when I read this with my eyes, and this was even better!
Viktor is the titular enforcer, employed by the Costello crime family. Three years ago, Viktor had an encounter with the boss’s right hand man, Luca, that he can’t forget - no matter how much he wishes otherwise. Now Anthony has assigned him to Luca’s detail full time, and the friction between the two is ready to combust!
Their story is packed with tension and heat, and the narration in this is incredible. I love when a narrator truly ACTS the scenes and Harley Chase tears this UP! Definitely a new favorite for me. If you’re interested in high heat/low angst mafia romance, do not sleep on this!

Kimmerer’s teachings and wisdom are needed now more than ever. Add to that her soothing voice and I could listen to this a thousand times. It feels like a conversation with a friend, and I always walk away from her work with much to think on.

The story nails the dark romcom vibe, gory and funny with a ton of heat and just the right amount of sweetness! I adore Anthony and Tatum.
The narrator performance is incredible! The vocal range is perfection, and his growly rendition of Anthony is one of the hottest things I’ve ever heard. Absolutely recommend if you’re interested in mafia romance with best friend’s dad, hurt/comfort, and touch him and d!e tropes.

I loved this story when I read it with my eyes, and this audio is the cherry on top. Mitch is so precious and angry and the way Gideon (reluctantly) shows up for him is so swoony!
The audio is fire, with Zaba completely committed to the performance and his range on show with the detail he brings to each part. There are some excellent cameos from old friends, all of whom are voiced to perfection. Love this!

Incredible narration!

I loved this book when I read it on my kindle, but I loved it even more in this audio performance! The story of Rapha and Jae is captivating. Never have I seen a man more obsessed than Rapha! His all-consuming passion is fascinating, the spice is hot as heck, and their journey to happiness hits all the feels. There is also a great supporting cast of characters, especially Camille, Raphael’s fiancée who surprised me entirely by being one of my favorite people in the book.
But Zachary Zaba’s narration sent this story to new heights. The way he acted every scene - and especially those spicy ones - is out of this world! The emotion he conveys and what it brings to the story was incredible to listen to. This will definitely be a comfort listen for me going forward!
