Historia
In virtually every way that can be measured, Gen Z’s mental health is worse than that of previous generations. Youth suicide rates are climbing, antidepressant prescriptions for children are common, and the proliferation of mental health diagnoses has not helped the staggering number of kids who are lonely, lost, sad and fearful of growing up. What’s gone wrong with America’s youth? In Bad Therapy, bestselling investigative journalist Abigail Shrier argues that the problem isn’t the kids—it’s the mental health experts.

Must read for any parent
Revisado: 05-07-24
We overprotect our kids and try to shield them from any pain. But today many kids ate growing up without ever being exposed to any real risks or heartaches. This books stresses that we must endow them with the knowledge that they have resilience. Book was real eye opener.

Interesting but slanted
Revisado: 12-27-23
Was a nice overview of the court in recent years. However, the author had a specific view (very negative slant) of recent actions. I would have preferred a more balanced approach to better explain arguments on both sides so we understood better why they differed so greatly.
