Not That Author Guy's best work

I can still say that I have never read a book by Christopher Moore that I didn't like, however I will say of all of the books by this particular Author Guy, and I HAVE read them all, I loved this one the least. In closing I would say Christopher Moore is absolutely one of my favorite author guys!

A great set to binge listen

I have read and listened to literally thousands of books. When I find a new author that I like I will binge read their books. This 4 book set was a binge in of itself. The story was new and by the end of the last book the main characters had become real and I will miss Ari and his wife. As Hawkeye Pierce would say this set of books was the "Finest Kind "

Worth the wait!!

ALMOST, the only negative thing I could ever say about Mr. Sanderson is that by the time he finishes the next book you. haven't read the story in 3 years. This book was just outstanding Wex was grown into a mature version of the man we first met in the dust of the Rusts when we first learned about the new incarnation of allomancers. The occasional throw back to Kelsier and the first Mistborn book's characters was also a nice touch. I still don't understand how Death sees with both eyes spiked. I hope this isn't the end of the Mists.

No Ending

one thing I really dislike when I get into a series of books that I enjoy is when the author just ends the book with a very poor poor ending. the story was really quite good and it would have been much more enjoyable if he had written an end to the story or at least gotten it to a stopping point where it was realistic for a another book to continue. it really feels like he phoned it in like Jack just got tired of writing the book and got tired of the characters and got tired of the story and just said screw it I'll put a period here and figure out how to fix it in the next one. I am quite disappointed with the way he wrapped up this story.

I have never not enjoyed a book written by Dean Koontz I can still say the same thing is this book seem to be number one and what will become a series similar to Odd Thomas looking forward to the next one already

Another Homerun by Brandon Sanderson

I have read each of Brandon Sanderson's series of books. Binge reading every available book in each series then waiting for what seems to be an eternity for the next story. The series that have ended I have mourned for the never to be written sequels and for the characters that he has made come alive. Since taking the mantle from Mr. Jordan and finishing his life's work I have been a huge fan. I am waiting for the next book in every series he has written and for those he feels like he has finished, I hope he reconsiders and writes another.
