Historia
In 1972, when workers in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, were digging the foundations for a new development, the last thing they expected to find was a skeleton at the bottom of a well. Who the skeleton was and how it got there were two of the long-held secrets kept by the residents of Chicken Hill, the dilapidated neighborhood where immigrant Jews and African Americans lived side by side and shared ambitions and sorrows. Chicken Hill was where Moshe and Chona Ludlow lived when Moshe integrated his theater and where Chona ran the Heaven & Earth Grocery Store.

Not a typical book but very nice to listen to.
Revisado: 11-09-17
It isn’t a typical book but I couldn’t stop listening. It made me think about some things that I need to work on. If you listen to Danni on the radio I think you will thoroughly enjoy.

This book was easy to listen to. I didn't want to stop listening. The story kept you wondering what was going to happen next and the ending was quite the pleasant surprise.

Best of the Three
Revisado: 06-17-16
I read all the books in the series and I feel as though this book was the best. It really held my interest. I was really drawn into the story and was a little saddened at times especially at the end. I enjoy the Holly character. The narrator was good. After listening to three books I was use to his tone. Overall an excellent easy to listen to and follow along series.
