A great book that has a wonderful premise about team building to create efficiency and productivity in the work place. We tend to put way to much pressure on ourselves which leads to burnout. As a business owner, I found this book highly insightful to the intricacies of forming and building a Master team. I highly recommend this book!

It was a joy to read this book and feel confident that I could grow my own garden and survive! Especially with these times that we are currently in, I think this is a necessity. Being able to be self sufficient is such a calming idea. Not having to rely on any outside sources. I thoroughly enjoyed how the book is easy to understand with concepts you can apply right away. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to become self sufficient!
