The transitions seemed a little choppy and were distracting.
One minute they are at a ball walking down a hallway talking and three paragraphs later they are in a handsome cab.
This happened multiple times,

I like the fact that they have a whole theatre company acting it out. The sound effects and music really help set the mood.

This story is told first person from the perspective of someone other than Daniel Leary.
It’s boring and I don’t really care that the character was Shanghai’d and then sold into slavery on some backwater planet. I tried to stick with it but gave up after 20 chapters.
Don’t waste your time or $ on this one.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Jen is in the story from delivery to 4 years old. What a waste of time.

Would you ever listen to anything by James Luceno again?

Nope. The author made the main character sound like he was in his 60's

How could the performance have been better?

Yes. If the narrator could use voices that were different enough to be able to tell one from the other. He's terrible at doing female voices.

What disappointed you about Relentless?

That they didn't let me know it was about sports

What do you think your next listen will be?

Not this!

What didn’t you like about Sean Pratt’s performance?

To high strung

Any additional comments?

Let people know in some way the whole book is related to sports. I hate sports.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If the main character could have done something interesting instead of beating himselfup over and over again. Quit being so neurotic.

What was most disappointing about David Feintuch’s story?

The character could quit being so short sighted. I understand that he is only 21 but he seems to make the same mistakes over and over again.

Have you listened to any of Vikas Adam’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

He needs to take longer breaks between scenes

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Nope.

Any additional comments?

I wont even bother to finish the series. Too whiny
