5 Stars First Sobriety Book
Revisado: 01-22-23
This is my first sobriety book. What an amazing read. Candid, honest. There were so many “aha” moments and I had and so many relatable stories. The author hit so many points that were interesting; it seems as if she was somehow able to cover all the bases. I’ve hemmed and hawed about sobriety for years and feel comfortable taking a bigger step now. Alcohol isn’t serving me well any longer. I got this book first based on reviews and it was worth every penny. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great book!
Revisado: 03-30-22
I struggle with a few habits I’d like to change and new ones I’d like to implement. I listened to this book and am going to listen to it again now because it gave so many implementable insights. I’ve already started making changes that don’t seem as daunting after listening to the book. Theories are one thing, strategies are another. This book is full of strategies which anyone breaking or adopting a habit needs. A+
