Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

This story is an eye opener to all sorts of reports from tabloids and magazines. So many believed even by me as some of the magazines were pretty reputable. I no longer believe and will no longer purchase these lies. More Royals and famous people need to speak out and set the record’s straight. This story was very good!

Historia
Travis Parker has everything a man could want: a good job, loyal friends, even a waterfront home in small-town North Carolina. In full pursuit of the good life, including boating, swimming, and regular barbecues with his good-natured buddies, he holds the vague conviction that a serious relationship with a woman would only cramp his style. That is, until Gabby Holland moves in next door.

I liked the characters. The large jump in time threw me off for a bit but it all came together.

As a Foster Parent, I know children can slip through the gaps. Even children who are being looked after in the thoughts that they might be removed. To often the social workers have to many pressing cases and the possible referrals gets push aside. The children can be pulled into care years later, when long term damage has been done. Not allowing the child to become a stable adult. The cycle then starts over again with the next generation.

I have been a foster parent in the USA for Thirty years and I enjoy the stories. I often can compare one of her cases to one of mine but this story is one I have not experienced with a younger child. It is sad but heartwarming. I did have a early teen girl that came to me with both parents deceased. She lived with us until she was 18 and heading for College. We are still in touch five years later.

Historia
From the author of Number One bestseller Damaged comes the poignant and shocking memoir of Cathy's recent relationship with Tayo, a young boy she fosters whose good behaviour and polite manners hide a terrible past. Tayo arrives at Cathy's with only the clothes he stands up in. He has been brought to her by the police, but he is calm, polite, and very well spoken, and not at all like the children she normally fosters. The social worker gives Cathy the forms which should contain Tayo's history, but apart from his name and age, it is blank.

As a foster parent in the U.S.A. For 30 years, I have enjoyed listening to the stories and comparing the differences between here and the UK. Although the children’s cases are not that different than many of my own.
