Read books by Lois Frankel, Peggy Klaus, Kristi Hedges, Marshall Goldsmith and Sally Heglesen. Those books have practical tips and insights for how to change your interactions, behavior and outlook. Also the narrator of this book's performance is grating. In fact, she mispronounces Lois Frankel's first name as "Louis". This book doesn't provide tangible suggestions. I should have passed on this one.
