This audio should have been titled "Relaxation and Visualization" instead of the exaggerated title above. It sounded more like a yoga lesson. Nothing so spectacular about the whole lesson in the audio; I mean, it's nothing better the common advice we hear every where, everyday: “Imagine this, imagine that, imagine yourself conquering the world.. blah, blah, blah..” A 10 minutes audio like this should be given out for free or as audible trials. The duration and the content don't worth the price at all.
