Engaging all the way

First, you need to finish Abercrombie’s previous books before this one. It’s a must. If you don’t then I don’t believe you will enjoy it as must. There is a lot of character development which you need to be patient with, at least in my opinion. Which is fine.
The story is good when taken as a continuation of the previous books.
What however is fantastic is the narrator. This narrator is unbelievably entertaining and engaging. Frankly I think he stole the show.
