The only thing I don't like about this download is the same sounds used over and over on these recordings.
Apart from that this is one of my favorites. It really works

Yes. It is so relaxing and over a month of using it I'm feeling great and sleeping better also.
What about the narrator’s performance did you like?
Erick's voice is easy to listen to and his quirkiness adds a smile to my face when I use the session

Highly recommend to everyone. It's seems better than most other ones I have tried and I'm noticing the positive effects.
