Loved with a but!

This is a wonderful story! My only but is the way Katie handled the one period in their relationship that might have been dealt with a little less of a total flip. I get working things out and I am of course, glad at the resolution, but honestly, if there are truly women as wonderful as Ellison out there, you can be sure I would not venture too far away! This is a great story of getting what you want and need in your life and being able to share this success on an equal plain with your partner! Well done!

Glad I took a chance

Please don’t let the voice of Tucker keep you from listening to the narration by Lori Prince of this book. You will come to realize that the timber of the voice matches the character perfectly. This book was very good and in a few parts it was so perfectly voiced, that I cried and that is unusual for a man audio book in this genre. You feel the emotions of these characters and the pain and the reality of life and try love. Lori does a fabulous job here and without a doubt, she and abbey craden are the queens of these stories.

When I finished this 2nd chapter of Ren’s life come full circle, I was both sad and fulfilled. Fulfilled because of the story and how well it is written and how the story laid out. There was no made up angst, no drama that usually accompanies this genre. This was a simple story of a woman who captures her life back and has the ability to forgive and absorb all that was left for her to grow on. I was sad because although it ended in a completed story and in a good place, I want to know so much more of these characters and how their lives build. The writing enabled me to feel these women and actually believe in them and see their lives unfold. There is nothing sexier than a powerful woman in the world of politics and Andrea was all encompassing. Truly a great story and no, although you do not need to read “Dyer Needs” before this, I think it would be a disservice to yourself if you did not. The 2 books totally engrossed you in their story and feeling the emotions and allowed you to see the entire picture. I would hope to see a new chapter at some point as I think that Ren and Andrea could be wonderful role models for the future and family. Well done!

This was an awesome series! The author is new to me but I read all 3 books back to back and was very satisfied with them all! It was much better to have all 3 available to listen to rather than having to wait for the next one!

Dream come true

This was a great feel good story but more than that, it shows what could be if you truly stand up for what you believe and never let the pressure of society make your life choices. Very enjoyable listen!

Second time around

This is my second listen of this book. I found it just as entertaining as the first. I think what keeps me engaged is the realism of both of the MC’s. I truly felt like these two women were captivating, in their unique ways, and carrying me into this story. I would love to see more stories with Paige and CJ and the way they interacted and pulling me along for their ride!

This author can write!

I do not know why I take so long to read a Robin Alexander novel! I think it’s because I don’t want to finish and be without! I have not been disappointed with any of her stories and no other writer had made me laugh out loud all through the book! Great writing, great rapport between characters and Lori Prince has perfect timing in the delivery of the many stories within the story! It just makes you smile to read her books and I hope to see many more!

A story with a different set up which I enjoyed!
Between Robin’s writing and the audio of Lori, this book is very funny! I mean, LOL moments that made me feel like I was there!

Well developed story’

I certainly enjoyed this novel and being a first in this genre, Eliza Andrew’s prose are wonderful! The story was engaging and deeply developed. I loved the interjection of some true WBB facts and especially about Dawn Staley (USC WBB BIG FAN from Columbia, SC!) I love the strong characters and the supporting cast.
The author’s notes at the end were very enjoyable as well as she explained what she felt and how she feels about certain characters and her realization that she can make a big difference with her writing! It is great to see lesfic grow and mature !

Hilarious!

What a wonderful story! The banter between the sisters was hilarious and how Lori Prince manages to read some of the scenes is amazing! Another book with strong women who come to terms with who they are and why they are. Some of the scenes will have you laughing hysterically!!!
