Actually I am doing so already... and seeing more in my life of what is talked about in the book.. It is a great way to remember Points .. that were made with a story around them.

Each time I could find a parallel in my life.

It goes through the background and a bit of a history of our evolution.. the "meat" or practical stuff is in the last couple chapters.. This is the day to day practical stuff.

It seems the audio is not necessarily just a narration. This adds more insight.
