As a business person in fields vastly different from aviation, I found this book to be excellent - informational, interesting, and helpful. John Tillison uses aviation stories and examples to bolster his very relevant insights into habits, behaviors, and attitudes that we need to have to be successful in business and in life. His aviation parallels are very understandable to non-aviation folks and his topic material is so important for us all, whether it is a new concept or the gentle reminder that we all need. This should be considered in the category of 'Leadership' books, though it has lessons in it that can be applied to life's circumstances - especially in these turbulent, unpredictable times. This is an easy read, or, in my case, an easy listen, as I got the audio version. There were several points in the book where I had to pause, and just reflect how this point or advice really applied to a situation that I am in ... now.
Good stuff. He'd be an interesting chap to have lunch with, methinks.
