I absolutely loved the plot, but DAAAAMMMNN! I think it’s safe to say some of the parents in this story needn’t be parents any longer, particularly Paula Wallace. What can be said about her besides the obvious: she’s a spoiled, rich Karen. Anyone like that crosses my path in the real world, they’re getting pummeled.

A perfect mix of evil and good, angel and devil, Samaritan and sin.

David Baldacci never fails, especially with Amos Decker. And only Kyf Brewer and Orlagh Cassidy could do it justice.

Also, what a meaningful and heartwarming ending.
P.S., never take money for granted: it is the root of all evil, and warps our brain like that if a narcotic drug.

To all future readers visiting this sit, HAPPY LISTENING.

The narrator really brought this book to life. Great characters, a giant twist at the end that left me shouting my head off and swearing like a sailor. I would highly recommend this book. It WILL leave you wanting to get up off your own ass and kick some criminal ass.
