Self hypnosis

I enjoyed the guided hypnosis and the performance was calming with a good tone of voice. I would recommend it but keep in mind that it might just turn out to be a guided meditation in a conscious state of mind because a few times I was starting to visualize something but the guiding voice would startle me and I would wake up. I didn't really care for the three "chapters" of credits after each session and the long intro of credits either, maybe a short bio intro then at the end discuss credits. I would have rather enjoyed that each session end without it going into the next topic and session. I feel as though it works best in the morning while you are still groggy and with a calm relaxed body and state of mind.

This is one you need to have a personal interest on the author for because otherwise it seemed to be a a boring story about a self absorbed woman with unrealistic expectations. I'm glad it was free. It annoyed me to listen to a rich person complain about a reality that is perfect to them be described as unfair. Her self entitlement flex was nauseating.
