Absolutely one of the best books on muscle hypertrophy

Unfortunately the materials a little dry because he was written by doctors. But that doesn’t mean the information inside those words do not have the greatest value out there. this book has taught me so much and showed me how much I don’t know.
Again the material is so dense, I’m going to re-listen to the book to get a full understanding
