I received this as a gift. I got immersed in the story straight away. I could actually visualize everything and each character. It was easy to follow, and I fell in love with Leila.
I highly recommend this audiobook, now I am hooked. I will have to purchase the first book. Easy listening, makes for a great companion in transit to and from work.
Mr. Flowers did it again. I love all his books, and this one did not disappoint me.

1980! I can relate.
Revisado: 03-07-15
Having also graduated in 1980, I could relate to the characters, although this is not the genre of story line that I prefer.
It took me a little time to get into the audiobook, but once I did, I wanted to hear more.
I have read many books written by one of my favorite authors R.Barri Flowers. I would recommend the book for those who love fiction.
I prefer non fiction, history and true crime.
The narrator Jane Boyer was an excellent choice.

A lot of info.
Revisado: 06-12-14
I did enjoy listening, but I found that it was a lot of stuff to process, and at a fast pace. It was not what I expected. On the bright side, I can listen to it again, because I know there were parts that I surely missed.
I do recommend this audiobook. A person just has to really be focused. The stories are very fast paced. Maybe less stories, and more details on those crimes would suit me better. We are all different, so maybe another listener will find it at his, or her pace.
Bravo Mr R.Barrie Flowers and Loraine Flowers. Good choice in the narrator. A lot of research done!
Keep up the good writing.

Historia
Thirteen-year-old Mary Phagan arrived at the National Pencil Factory in Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked, to pick up her paycheck. The next day, Mary’s bloody, battered, and bruised dead body was found in the basement of the pencil factory, the victim of foul play. The Jewish-American factory superintendent Leo Frank was arrested, tried, and convicted for the murder in a controversial trial. Frank himself became the victim of a lynch mob, when they broke him out of prison and hung him from a tree.

Another great listen!!!!
Revisado: 10-21-13
I received this audiobook as a gift from a special friend. As usual, I was not disappointed.
Crime does not pay. Some people still have a conscious, even after 3 decades.
I love the detail and research that Barri Flowers puts in each of his books. He is one of my favorite authors. I have heard him speak about some of his books on Podcasts, and it is always a joy to listen to him.
.
I highly recommend this book to any True Crime reader, you will not be disappointed.
My next listen will be "The Pickaxe Killers" from this great author.
Bravo Mr Flowers, keep us wanting more.

Great great great!
Revisado: 01-31-13
At the beginning I was not sure I would like to listen to the audiobook, but that changed in a hurry. I did remember very little about the movie, but, I was young at the time and did not grasp the story.
I will listen to it again. I suffer from MS and sometimes what I am trying to say in writing does not come out right lol.
All I can say for sure, is that it is a great listen, worth buying.

red book will travel.
Revisado: 01-23-12
Would you listen to Little Red Book again? Why?
Yes I would and do. Not being able to attend meetings because of my job, which involves traveling at night, it keeps me focused and sober.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Little Red Book?
I guess as a member of AA, it enables me to listen to the steps, and help me continue to live my life in a productive, happy life.
What does Jason McCoy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He has a very positive voice, that keeps me positive and not alone in the quest to maintain my sobriety.
