I really enjoyed this book. I love how Ms. Briggs introduces unique characters and fairy tales and mythology in her books. I look forward to the next Mercyverse book.

I could not listen to this narrator

I am so happy that I didn't buy this audio book. instead I borrowed it from my library. The narrator is different and I could not listen to her. It was painful. I'm not sure if it was the narrator herself or because she was not the original narrator for the series. Either way, if I want to continue the series I will have to read the book. I rated this overall as a 3 because the other books are good and I couldn't post without the rating but I couldn't make it past the 2 minute mark.

The narrator takes some getting used to. It isn't so much his voice or skills but more that the accents were not what I expected. I probably would not have noticed if I had not read the books many many times before listening.

Love the series, but this is the best book

I have listened to this series over and over again for years. It is perfect for listening at work. The narrator is awesome. He is able to have distinct voices during conversations between Granny Relda, her two granddaughters and various fairy tale characters.

Puck has always been my favorite character and inn this book you get to see a different side of him.

I love this series!

I'm sure my co-workers think I'm nuts but there were times this book had me holding back tears. That being said, I loved the book and enjoyed living in Will Treaty's world again.

I was excited to see how all of the characters grew up and learn how to deal with new problems.

If you haven't already, start reading this series and the other series art in this world. You will not regret it!

I absolutely love this series. I
It is funny, dramatic, action packed and just all around good entertainment. I have laughed out loud many times, pretty sure my co-workers think I'm crazy!

John Keating, the narrator is one of the best I've listened to. He makes the story come alive and the various characters are easy to distinguish. In fact, I enjoy his voice so much that I intend to find my next book by searching for him as the narrator.
