I’ve enjoyed it from the beginig to the end, it has amaizing knowlege that we can apply every day. When I listen it, my soul feels joy. It’s a book to listen many times and write a dairy about the new expirences.

This is a highly recommended book, especially for those that are in the Pathway searching to improve their spiritual gifts. All chapters are amaizing. This is my third Fredericks book I had listened, all are great. I didnt think it would had so many knolwege about lucid dreams and OBEs, I loved them. Now I’m going to start listening to “Increase your energy. Thanks Fred for sharing. GBY.
