I wish all his books were combined
Revisado: 03-20-25
I don't like his bath bombs book (as much, it's still good). I like every other book he writes. I am a lawyer and I appreciate when a person can properly summarize, synthesize, and cite. I will be writing reviews on all of his books just so he knows how good he is, and how high quality his older works. I have just recently been informed of a family member who has cancer and I am finding all of his information incredibly helpful.

After losing his mother to cancer at age 12, best-selling author Mark Sloan has conducted a historic and monumental investigation into the cancer industry to find out why she died such an agonizing death. I’m here to ask the difficult questions. Did my mother die of cancer? Or was she murdered for profit by an industry that cares more about making money than saving lives?

A Great Case Study for "Lying With Statistics"
Revisado: 07-16-23
Author is clearly trying to justify her own bad and misinformed child rearing choices by stating things like "there is no cognitive benefit for breastfeeding" after clearly both referencing, and failing to properly discredit the numerous studies stating exactly contrary - there are between 7 and 15 average IQ points higher for babies who breastfeed. Refunded because the book was a waste of time.

The Mises Institute is pleased to present this audio edition of Rothbard's most famous monetary essay - the one that has influenced two generations of economists, investors, and business professionals. The Mises Institute has united this book with its natural complement: a detailed reform proposal for a 100 percent gold dollar. "The Case for a 100 Percent Gold Dollar" was written a decade before the last vestiges of the gold standard were abolished.
