I HATE Zara but.. I love the adventures

I HATE Zara but I love the adventures and the other characters. I find Zara to be extremly annoying and her constant joking in awkward/serious situations makes me want to slap her. She jumps to judgement of people... just so much to dislike. I hate when ahe talks to herself in the third person. The other characters are awesome and some are very funny. I like that the author is allowing us to know more about the other characters. I will keep following this series. My hate for Zara wont affect my love for the series.

Lily is blunt and straightforward and I love it! no beating around the bush with her. Max is on my last nerve though and she needs to stop dealing with him since he dont believe on her abilities and constantly doubting her... its beyond annoying even when he sees the things she can do. So glad I found this series and I have so many books to get thru... super excited to listen to them all. Oscar is a tripp but I do think he is hiding something... time will tell.

Good, funny book. I love all the diff characters and I especially love the description of Zoey's outfits... WOW!! hilarious. I wasnt happy with (SPOILER) the fact tht she didnt realize sooner tht her friend was in danger... but it all worked out in the end.

I am tired of these long drawn out presumed thoughts the couple think the other is feeling!! I am too through!! Just get on with the hott dang story!! 10 minutes and you are still talking about what the other may be thinking/feeling!!?? Its so frustrating! Im done with this series and im getting my credit refunded!! IM DONE!!

I tried... I just couldn't

I tried I just couldn't finish this book. I dont know when the last time I rolled my eyes this much. the main character lacks so much self confidence its sad! I loke my main characters to have some balls... so to speak. She second guessed EVERYTHING!! so annoying! I could not finish the book even if it was free and I had nothing elee to listen to I just couldnt take anymore of her whining!

I just cant finish this book... I got to chapter 2 and threw in the towel. I was expecting Dexter type killing of wrong doers getting what they deserve... this book just seems to be killing for no good reason... granted I didnt get very far in the book but I just couldnt go further... it was boring. I wanted more of this author after I read a free book from her about a dog... it had such a nice twist I wanted more. I TRIED WIth this book... I really did.

I just cant with the lead character... she is man hungry, judgemental tootsie and I just cant continue with the second book even if its free. I roll my eyes so much while listening I fear they may get stuck. If the story was being told from one of the grannies perspective then I would listen full heartedly. I love the grannies I just cant with the lead character... I tried... I really did. Married 6 times and 2 of them were brothers... I mean... come on... I cant get behind a main character tht is so needy ugh

Rose annoyed me in this one

Rose and her bad decisions annoyed me in this book. I rolled my eyes so much during listening to this book. Its so obvy she still has feelings for Skeeter so annoying but understandable since it is hard to get over your first. I am looking forward to the next installment even though this book tapped danced on my last nerve.

I like the stories but not the main character...

I like the cases and the other characters but I do not like Allison AT ALL. Sometimes she misses the most obvious clues. I find Allison to be very rude and ungrateful at times. Melissa should be running the investigations, she is so smart and aware. Allison's sarcasticness was funny at first but then it became extremely overdone and sometimes rude that I often roll my eyes... the other characters in the book give these stories so much life. Another annoyance is that Allison keeps trying to deny to other ppl thT she can see ghosts... even tho this is the basis of of guest cottage... just give it up and admit it.
