Perfect mixture of fiction & non-fiction

This book is well written and well researched. It left me wanting more. I enjoyed how the writer commingled fiction in where she could not find history notes to accurately complete her story. It all went well together, making it a great book.

I too was lied to about my birth father, but when the truth came out it made my family to finally address many dark secrets. I wish my story had a good ending. Oh well. I’m happy she discovered the truth.

Great Plot Twist

Like most novels it is a little slow in the beginning and then it takes off. The plot twist was an unexpected surprise and drew me in even more. I didn’t want to stop listening to the book. I think I finished it in four days thanks to the Audible version. I will look for more books to listen to by these two authors, because I like their writing style. I know you will enjoy the book as much as I did.
