Life Changing Habits surprised me in the best of ways. We are all told about how we need to have a good routine and how successful individuals navigate their days, but I had no idea on the mental benefits of living by healthy habits. And when we do that, we open up other areas of improvement in our lives.
 
What sets this book apart from others I have read in this genre is its practical approach to creating lasting change. The book really gives thorough, clear and actionable advice, the author guides readers on a journey to identify, implement, and sustain life-changing habits. Whether it's adopting healthier lifestyle choices, improving productivity, or evaluating and enhancing relationships, this book provides the tools and strategies needed to make meaningful changes.

I really enjoyed listening to this book on meditation and mindfulness. This book provides a refreshing perspective on the importance of oral hygiene for overall well-being. It really highlights the intricate link between oral health and physical and mental wellness, offering practical advice for maintaining a healthy mouth and body.
 
I love this book’s approach. I knew that taking care of my teeth was important, but I didn’t realize how important! There were several instances when I went, “oh my gosh, I had no idea!” For instance, I didn’t know that after you get out of a pool, you should wait an hour before you brush your teeth, and that green tea was good for your gums and teeth!  It also made me go, okay, I really need to step up my flossing (increases your life expectancy) and mouthwash game. I also knew that sugars were bad for you, but I didn’t realize how eating other healthy foods are not only good for my stomach and the rest of my body, but good for my oral health.
 
I have to say that this an invaluable resource for anyone interested in achieving wellness through proper oral care. I highly recommend it for its insights and actionable tips.

Such a great book! It really offers a captivating exploration of traits I was vaguely familiar with before. The book brilliantly distinguishes between narcissism, psychopathy, and the Machiavellian trait, shedding light on their unique characteristics. It not only helped me identify the differences in these personality types, but also recognize how we all can exhibit some of their tactics from time to time.

This book provides practical guidance on dealing with them when we face people who are using these traits against us to manipulate, deceit, and control us. I also came into this not knowing much about body language and I found this aspect of the book extremely interesting. When hearing what the author discusses, I caught myself going, “oh my god, I do that when I’m nervous, or angry, or sad.”

For anyone interested in better understanding human behavior, I highly recommend this insightful and empowering read.
