Beginning with the historical explanations behind gastric band and all the way through to the positive affirmations, this book will quickly become your go-to self-help bible. I genuinely needed this audiobook guide. Margaret Hampton pulled on my heartstrings when she started explaining the ADHD behaviors that can develop within marriages and how they affect both parties. “Turn Frustration Into Love” and “Resolve Conflicts in a Healthy Way” have been lifesavers – I have been through some confusing situations recently and this helped me understand and resolve them. Hampton has an incredible way with words and really makes you feel comforted and like she really cares about her listeners. It is undoubtedly a 5/5 and I could not recommend it more. I will be on the lookout for more audiobooks by Hampton!
