I received this book free in exchange for my honest opinion.
I found the book to have great principles to live by and many examples of how to put them to use. The book has opened my eyes to a lot. It would benefit everyone to listen to it and follow the principles of Stoicism.
The narrator had a great voice and was easy to listen to.
