Completely surprised (in a good way)

I’ve read a lot of books that are billed as suspenseful or scary but never really were (IT for example). This book actually made me feel scared and on the edge of my seat. Maybe it’s due to the COVID-19 situation and all that but holy cow. I’ve seen the movie and really enjoyed it but this was so much better. Aside from the scene in the movie where everyone is dying including the sister, this book tops it 100%.

This book was right up my alley and if you like books on survival, post-apocalyptic thrillers, or any thing like it, I believe you will like this book. The series will leave you wanting more.

Well done all around

This is a good story that really plays to the human condition. Greed, lust, selfishness... Matt exhibits it all but will he be able to handle it or keep it covered up?
A lot of things going on in this relatively quick listen. A cheater, a hero... All sum up Matt but at the end of the day will he be able to continue to juggle the life he has created?
