Historia
Olivia McAfee knows what it feels like to start over. Her picture-perfect life—living in Boston, married to a brilliant cardiothoracic surgeon, raising their beautiful son, Asher—was upended when her husband revealed a darker side. She never imagined that she would end up back in her sleepy New Hampshire hometown, living in the house she grew up in and taking over her father’s beekeeping business. Lily Campanello is familiar with do-overs, too. When she and her mom relocate to Adams, New Hampshire, for her final year of high school, they both hope it will be a fresh start.

Amazing writing!!
Revisado: 01-30-23
I love reading anything and everything! This book was in my "suggested for you". I read the summary and thought this would be a fun novel. Not only was the story telling amazing, the voice actors were amazing. I quickly became invested in the characters, but was literally crying in the last few chapters. I loved the authors notes at the end, I am in awe of their advocacy and prespectives. I am now on a mission to read everything things these awesome ladies have written!!

Historia
Bridesmaids meets Big Little Lies in a novel told from the alternating perspectives of two women who define the term frenemies - from New York Times best-selling author Jen Lancaster. Jacqueline Jordan knows conflict. A fearless journalist, she’s spent the past decade embedded in the world’s hot spots, writing about the fall of nations and the rise of despots. But if you were to inquire about who topped Jack’s enemy list, she’d not hesitate to answer: Kitty Carricoe.

Historia
When the spirit of Lara’s great-aunt Sadie–a feisty, demanding girl with firm ideas about fashion, love, and the right way to dance–mysteriously appears, she has one last request: Lara must find a missing necklace that had been in Sadie’s possession for more than seventy-five years, and Sadie cannot rest without it. Lara, on the other hand, has a number of ongoing distractions. Her best friend and business partner has run off to Goa, her start-up company is floundering, and she’s just been dumped by the “perfect” man.Sadie, however, could care less.

Light and Fun!

I got this book for roadtrip my spouse and I took recently. I was worried it would not keep my spouse interested, but it did! I am a fan of the Sophie Kinsella books and this did not disappoint and bonus it kept us entertained on the road.
