Great manual for reaching your peak.
Revisado: 09-06-22
A must read for anyone in trying to better themselves as well as the teams they are a part of. The book bounces back and forth between strategies for growth and first hand accounts of Adam exemplifying those insights through his own rights of passage as a gold winning Olympic athlete, entrepreneur, and father. While on the outside the target audience might seem to be people in corporate leadership roles as Adam presents certain methods in ways that are easy to present at the next board meeting, the deeper truths contained within speak to anyone trying to improve their ability to set and achieve goals. Adam uses contemporary studies along with Western and Eastern philosophy to craft a roadmap for success and shows where those insights helped him reach his peak.
