Please please please lose the valley girl narrator

I loved the book, but as I wrote on my review last time and almost universally other wrote on Audible.com, the new narrator kills the quality of the book. Watch the movie Valley Girl, then give the performance a listen. When I listened to the series again leading up to the new release, I was up nights to finish the first 3 books. Captivating and fun, but number 4 and now this one were a real chore to finish. I had to take many breaks just to ger that fake delivery out of my brain. I know your previous narrator is gone for some reason, but please please please give my head ache a break and loose the Valley Girl. I went back and read most of the reviews of book 4 and quicky realized I am not alone with this request. It is almost universal, we LOVE your books, but really do not like this narrator.

Great Story TERRIBLE Narrator

I had a very hard time getting through the book. The narrator has a very strange way to end her sentences. I own everyone of the Gordon's audible books and have enjoyed each multiple times. I will never listen to this on again. Please work through the issues with Renee to bring back a professional voice narrator!

Not like books 3 onward

I really like the series and look forward to new books. I started at book 3 since earlier books were not available until the last month. I did not like the narrator at all and found it hard to finish. The story occurs almost totally off the Oregon which is the focal point of the story lines going forward. I am very happy I started at book 3 as if I had started with1 or 2, I would not have purchased others.

Great book - but Lou Diamond Phillips was bad

Where does Threat Vector rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Great story - Lousy Narration as he kept doing rapid LOUD breaths during his reading that were very annoying. It was like he was playing a musical instrument. Back away from the mic or take normal breaths or do editing after the fact or hit a cough button to remove it.

What didn’t you like about Lou Diamond Phillips’s performance?

He needs to learn how to breath and talk correctly. He has a really annoying way of taking fast quick LOUD breaths during the reading. This is the first Audible reader I have heard this from and it was so bad this is my first ever Audible Review.
