This author obviously is clearly writing from a position of political view. It saddens me to think she might influence young women. I truly am sorry I wasted my money and am erasing it from my audible account.

Matthew's book kept my attention 100% of the time and made me respect him even more as a person. Not a fan of cursing, but hey, it is who he was at the time. Keep listening as it calms down. This autobiography is a great story of a man with deep rooted values. Inspiring, well written, and SO thankful Matthew narrates the book with his wonderful voice!!

Invaluable Information

Dr. Tom provides practical information for anyone who wants to improve their health. Being a seasoned health care provider, I am well-informed, and I believe Dr. Tom has done amazing research, and looks at the entire person, not just a “system”, or specialty. In our current healthcare world, the care we receive is increasingly fragmented. It is extremely important we take responsibility for our own health. Dr. Tom has given us information to educate ourselves, and possibly even prevent some life-altering autoimmune diseases from affecting our lives. I have listened to, and recommended this book to everyone I know, care about! Thanks, Dr. Tom!
