Awful reading, good story

The book is good, Wendy Wax always is, but I highly recommend reading instead of listening to this audio book. There are many editing issues where it stops, repeats itself or you hear actors speaking amongst themselves. Also, they are completely uneducated on the southern setting of the story. They pronounce many words differently than they are pronounced in southern culture (sir-rup vs sir-rip). The absolute worst is the pronunciation of the city of BirmingHAM as BirmingGUM.
