Historia
Romance can be a little complicated when you get sucked into a wormhole. Just ask high school English teacher June Flint. One little solar flare happens and suddenly you find yourself 85 years in the future. Eighty-five years from your dream job. Your ailing mother whose only companion in this world is you. Your favorite stuffed-crust pizza from DeLucia’s on Sunday nights. But when June’s cell phone inexplicably picks up a signal, she’s able to call back to the present—more specifically, four weeks before she accidentally time traveled.

Historia
Jenna’s parents had finally given in, and there she was, at a New York club with her best friends, watching the legendary band Avenue A, carrying her demo in hopes of slipping it to the guitarist, Jake Kincade. Then, from the stage, Jake catches her eye, and smiles. It’s the best night of her life. It’s the last night of her life. Minutes later, Jake’s in the alley getting some fresh air, and the girl from the dance floor comes stumbling out, sick and confused and deathly pale. He tries to help, but it’s no use. He doesn’t know that someone in the crowd has jabbed her with a needle.

Heartbreaking and excellent
Revisado: 03-17-24
JD Robb has done it again. Outstanding storyline. Susan Erickson’s performance makes these books my favorite. Her acting and voices of beloved characters make the story come alive. My heart ached, hoped, despised, rejoiced. I couldn’t put it down. I never read JD Robb books. I must experience the story through Ms. Erickson’s living characterizations!

The tragic, true accounts of barbarism by the Nazi regime should never be forgotten. These events should be on a screen to never be forgotten. Narration was excellent. I’ll be reading more Michael Reit books in the future.

Historia
New York, 2061: The place called the Pleasure Academy is a living nightmare where abducted girls are trapped, trained for a life of abject service while their souls are slowly but surely destroyed. Dorian, a thirteen-year-old runaway who’d been imprisoned there, might never have made it out if not for her fellow inmate Mina, who’d hatched the escape plan. Mina was the more daring of the two—but they’d been equally desperate.

Riveting
Revisado: 09-14-22
I love all JD Robb books. I’ve seen many people sometimes criticize, but I don’t miss one. It didn’t take me long to discover the expertise of Susan Ericksen as narrator. She makes the characters come alive. This story is heart-breaking and moving. JD Robb’s moniker nailed this one. I’m also shaken and moved. Bravo.

Revisado: 07-16-18
If I Live, the final installment of the three part series, delivers suspense and twists and turns, just as the first two. I could not put the book down. This riveting story had me finishing the series in a matter of days. But, then the story was over and I wanted to know more about the characters and their life changes. I love books that grab you and take you on a ride, and show how God searches for us like lost sheep.

Historia
Years ago, the day before Ellie moved from Georgia to California, she and her best friend, Nolan, sat beneath the Spanish moss of an ancient oak tree where they wrote letters to each other, and sealed them in a rusty old metal box. The plan was to return 11 years later and read them. But now, as that date arrives, much has changed. Ellie, bereft of the faith she grew up with, is a single mom living in a tired apartment trying to make ends meet. Sometimes she watches television to catch a glimpse of her old friend - Nolan, now an NBA star, whose terrible personal tragedies fueled his faith and athletic drive in equal measure.

Eve and anyone associated with her becomes a target. Susan Erickson, as always, does an outstanding job of portraying JD Robb's In Death series with Eve Dallas. Her ability to create a personal voice for every character consistently from book to book still amazes me. She IS Eve Dallas in audio form.
