If you love "A Christmas Carol" then you will adore Jacob T. Marley

This story is an essential part of Christmas for us. Make sure that you have a box of tissues nearby. We have the physical copy of the book, but I decided to get the audio version, so that way my children and husband, (whom I was reading aloud to) could hear the story without the reader sobbing. I hope that this story will touch your heart as it has all of us.
The reader is excellent. He does lots of different voices and they suit the characters in the story. He also portrays the emotions of the story well.

We have loved this book! It was so good. I loved the faith and the strong family values. I loved how even though it was about a tough topic, during a tough time, it was handled delicately. Even my 7 year old son didn't want to stop. My 9 year old daughter loved how they always looked to God. And my 11 year old son really liked all the different characters and their development. We read this as we were doing a history study unit on vikings. Definitely recommend this book!
