When Billy can’t find the informant, he wonders if Kate is secretly harboring her, since the two grew close during Kate's weeks undercover.

While not as good as the stuff from Audible UK, I have been enjoying some of the full cast shows from Audible US. This is not one of those shows. Some of the acting was decent and I was into it for the first two eps but then the stupid really ramped up in episode three.
Need 30k worth of Bitcoin? Easy, just sell your future brother-in-law's secret Porsche at an auction that happens to be going on that afternoon but make the guy promise not to resell it until you have the chance to buy it back the next day. Because that's how that works.
I was going to throw them a two star rating because some of the performances were decent but then episode six happened. Our possibly framed cop is in prison in the middle of a riot and she happens to save the number two of jailed crime boss Gloria Shin. Gloria is knitting something, a perfectly reasonable and safe jailhouse pasttime. When asked what she is knitting, she answers, "Perhaps a scarf, maybe a sweater. Most rikery a noose." I was pretty floored by that one. Had to check that I hadn't fallen back in time like Sam Tyler.
Oh, and the big action sequence at the end has Jessie Pinkman jump onto a moving bullet train from a car. Wheee!
If you need to get the taste of this one out of your ears, check out Six Degrees of Assassination from the Brits. Audible drama done right!
