LADIES AND GENTLEMEN DR. DAVID SINCLAIR!!! I love that Dr Sinclair narrated this himself! He’s hilarious and makes technical science terminology easy for the lay person to comprehend. He keeps his message ie. Research findings, clear, concise and hilarious at the same time!! I also like the conversations included with the co-author of the book!! Their relationship is real and refreshing. Bravo guys!! Thank you for all you do and please keep up the great work!

This book is 34 minutes long (didn’t realize when i purchased). Should be free for the amount of time/info presented. Is it possible to get a refund? Not to mention sounds like it’s being narrated by a 6th grader called out to read a chapter in health class and not prepared at all. At one point, I swear the guy pauses to ask someone how to pronounce something. Smh. Totally disappointed :/
